I've been carrying my babies there for about 5-7 years, most of the time nice visits, however when at the end of life when you expect someone to have a little more compassion, I have not received that. I did with my Katelyn, however when I had to let go of my Sophie, i was screamed at like a child. I will no longer be taking my babies to someone who can not resecpt me or my feelings. I may not be the richest person in the world, yet i do know how to still be humble and kind. Maybe Dr. Black should relearn how to do that. And considering I never carried a balance with her or any other vet, you would think they would appreciate the business.
My dogs have always had excellent care here. Boarding service is reasonably priced.
Dr. Black is probably the best veterinarian I've ever met. She has knowledge and experience in every choice she makes.

I will not return because of their bad customer service. We were handed a listing of procedures they wanted to do for our dog. We had a simple question and were told by the receptionist that the vet refuses to talk to us. And that was it. We went to another vet for a second opinion and was very happy with the results and answers to our questions.
